Morten Rand-Hendriksen has an interesting post On Humans and Design in LinkedIn/pulse. Morten discusses about interest of large corporations to automatize webdesign work with using modern deep learning (“Artificial Intelligence”) system. Morten writes that “Every tool, from FrontPage and DreamWeaver, FireWorks, Flash, Expression Web, through today’s online equivalents SquareSpace, Wix, The Grid, even WordPress, have chased the promise of true “WYSIWYG” – What You See Is What You Get“.

Rachel Andrew has updated Flex Box Guide in MDN (Mozilla Development Network) and CSS Flexible Box Layout available in MDN Web Docs. Rachel write that “with the current state of the specs, Flexbox now sits alongside Grid and Box Alignment to form a new way of thinking about layout for the web”. In the post she suggests for learning CSS layout to learn both the Flexbox and GSS Grid.
